RE:100

You're probably right about that. I only remember what choice A was, I unfortunately can't recall the placement of b/c/d. Sorry.

RE: corrected q 100 choices

Question 100: I apologize, I may have messed up the choices. Think they should go like this...A) authorize the overtime if nec; B) sacrifice the finishing touches; C) refuse the XO's assignment; D) roll your sleeves up and dive in. Sorry for the mixup.

the order of the choices are wrong because I picked C and I DEFINITELY did not refuse the assignment from the X.O.

Something with a bribery collar with another charge. Don't remember the details, but there wouldn't be a decline prosecution cause it didn't get 343'd. Just refused to keep the bribery charge.

So question #100 had you violating PG rules if decided to authorize admin OT? But the other choices "sacrificing finishing touches", what that even mean? Does it mean you got it done faster and its complete, but not as flashy in its style and presentation? Or does it mean you are cutting corners and doing a half assed job that is unacceptable? Another choice, delegating to the Sgt's, I really don't think a job that sounds that important should be delegated, but then again, I didn't read that Police Leadership book form the 1970's, so what do I know? And "roll your sleeves up and dive in"? An expression? Or I will take it literal, we are out of proper uniform with rolled up sleeves!!! I have no idea what these clowns were thinking with that question???

Another protest...

bribery question..perp had drugs and offered bribe. bribery did not stick. no mention of the drugs sticking. choices were platoon commander 7 copies of 49, make an A/L entry, notify CO and obtain declined prosecution letter. bad one was declined prosecution letter assuming the drugs stuck

In declined prosecution for bribery question....they were asking for wrong choice
So DA refused to prosecute the cop must do
A.activity log entry
B get dp letter
C must notify CO
And the wrong answer choice they were looking for...Plt cmd doesn't have to bang out 49!

There was a question of the CO giving the lieutenant some compstat paperwork to look over and the spaa supposedly looked over the paperwork and asked what should you do. I THINK I picked the choice where it said to do your math twice then look over it again. Did anyone get anything different from that ?

lets get to the bottom of this bribery question..............anyone else remember it that could shed some light?

Getting dp letter is actually correct choice. Whether they keeping perp or not CO must know everything about bribery case because if DA declines prosecute for bribery CO will get on the phone with DA. It's in PG. they were specifically asking about bribery charge forget about drugs. Edubz you read in too much and assume what shouldn't be assumed

Well SIG if you find drugs in front of the desk obviously you're going to charge him with the drugs. If you charge him with the drugs that will stick but and you don't get a DP slip because the whole case isn't dp'd, they just simply drop the charge.

I remember basically the perp is in SH, bribed the cop. Cop did what he has to do and here is interesting part 45 minutes later DA refused to prosecute. If that's the case then no need for Plt cmd to do 49. Simple

Exactly, NO DP letter, he found drugs, the question stated that in the body.

And you're not going to obtain a DP for the bribery charge because it was not the only charge. 208-34 LINE 25
