He was bringing the reciept back to the command. The court held the property that he brought to court earlier in the day.

You know what I hate? The arseholes who wrote this test tried to stump you by NOT UNDERSTANDING THE QUESTION, not by picking the wrong answer. What does that accomplish? Bunch of premadonna's. F them.

21 was something with Prisoners. I wrote a small 210 above that one. I believe that was the question with the other DO calling you about someones family bringing medicine to them.

C was put family members name, address, phone # in remarks section of Med treat form
D was put pharmacy name, address, phone # in remarks section of Med treat form

I remember because it was the first question I got stuck on so I made a note.

61 no idea, I have C and I think I am the only person who put that, guessed I really screwed that one up :/

wow, schucks. I guess the only one I cud possibly debate is the nursing home ques...I know u give the Aided to the CC but still I chose to do the AC. 21 and 61 I straight up dropped.

Hopefully 26 could be argued because at that point in the story you didn't have the ACR# to put in your book, but if I had to venture a guess, that was the "incorrect" answer they were looking for.

I know it may be impossible to remember, but anyone remember the fact pattern to question #100, the very last question? The answers are split there, would be interesting to know what it was...

I chose a for q 100 also! It was the best answer. And if the mayors office wanted this done yesterday, there would be no problem getting it authorized to complete the job, right? What were the other choices? "sacrifice the finishing touches"/ "cut corners" / tell the xo this job requires someone with skills so ask someone else??? All the other choices were ridiculous and made me laugh out loud in my exam seat and furthermore this question IS NOT in any way shape or form in line with NYPD Dept guidelines. Another question I am protesting to DCAS, I already drafted my protest of q 52.

"a" was definitely the best answer for question 100.....In my opinion...

RE: q 100

As I can best recall, q 100 went like this: You are called into the XO's office. He tells you to assemble and take charge of a detail that must sift through files in the precinct. He says the job "needs to get done yesterday" and is politically sensitive. What do you do? (pick the most correct answer): A: Assemble your best people for the job, authorize any OT necessary to get the job done B: Delegate some of the Supervisory tasks to your subordinates, but take on most of the work and assume personal responsibility for this project yourself (doesn't make sense) C: Say to the xo that this job requires painstaking detailed work, therefore give the job to someone else (obviously wrong, refuse an assignment) D: Tell your cops to sacrifice their finishig touches for once for the sake of doing a rush job to get the work done on time (ridiculous answer-this is for the mayors office)

RE: MASTER KEY

I also went with B because xo is holding you directly responsible for the job, you need to be involved to make sure it gets done correctly. I can see A or B as correct, in reality can XO by the book authorize admin OT , no he can not. I see it as a good question for protest, both A and B are right to me.

Are you sure about which answer letters were which? Being overtime for an administrative assignment can't be authorized by a lieutenant, I went with the "roll up your sleeves and dig in" answer. That was either choice c, or I fvckd up copying my answers to my answer key.

I think the property on was looking for the bad answer. The court kept the property. The "bad" answer I chose was that the d.o. Documents on the back of the voucher. If court kept the property, the voucher along with the property would both be at court..

I'm pretty sure d LT overseeing the project and authorizing overtime was choice A and ignoring the fine print was choice B.
