You also need a reason to strip search that there is reasonable belief that someone was concealing contraband or a weapon. The question should be thrown out. We do not strip search every prisoner , correct ? It is amazing how it is so difficult to write a clear question.
The question had the cop asking the Desk if he could strip search the prisoner but never explained a basis for the strip search at all. I chose the DO tell him to ask his supervisor. Why? Bc it will be up to the cop's supervisor there, not the DO. But the other answer is not wrong either in subsequent strip searches can be conducted if you reasonably believe the prisoner acquired something. But was the question asking you about that? I thought "most correct" was getting that cop's supervisor involved.
Yet I still have no idea if I am right bc the test writers don't know how to write a fact pattern worth a damn...
I say wait for the final answer key... Irregardless, this exam suck either way, whether it's Immediate supv or reasonable suspicion who cares!!!! HOW'S THAT FOR STANDARD ENGLISH?!?!

it's not so difficult if they had made an effort. either they were trying to trick us, or didnt give a crap. Fast track, key, the PA and rising star write 100's of questions, most of which are pretty clear.
In the strip search question there was no immediate supervisor instead it had the narc. officers supervisor, if I am not mistaken it has to say your immediate supervisor or bcs supervisor in order to make it right.
infinity dont worry abt it. you chose the right answer for the wrong reasons but at least u got it right
lol thanks! im going to go to the protest just for that question to verify it did not say immediate

How certain are people that the strip search questions said "Reasonable Suspicion" and not "Reasonable (something else)?"
Although:
A subsequent strip search will not be conducted unless
there is reasonable belief that the subject has acquired a weapon or
contraband
.

B is the right answer (ask immediate supv. to do search)
Choice D is wrong because it said reasonable SUSPICION to do a subsequent search. You need a reasonable BELIEF to do a subsequent search (more than reas. susp.)

Had to edit my post and agree that it said reasonable suspicion making it a bad choice. DAMN YOU, TERRY VS OHIO!!!

Does anyone remember what the pregnancy question was? I know the "wrong" answer was to send a copy of the doctor's documentation, but there was also another statement that "the pregnant MOS doesn't have to wear her uniform until the 20th week of gestation" or some other mumbo jumbo that seemed to pop up as a double answer.
And for the in-basket... when you had to choose a group of 3 cops to give an e-day to, which one did you use? I know two of the choices were wrong because they were on a no e-day list. For the 1st possibility, one of the cops was on a "No vacation day or lost time" 49 from the CO, for the 2nd one, you were giving e-days to a bunch of sector guys who would put you below minimum manning. I was going to go with the second one, but then for the next question about which cop to send on a hospitalized prisoner, two cops had AAB and one was limited, so the only choice left was Williamson who I just gave the e-day to. So I changed my e-day answer to the 1st one. Just wondering if I overlooked something in this question.

For the pregnancy question, you were asked to pick the incorrect choice. the choice that stood out to me as wrong was where the pregnant MOS faxed and mailed a "photocopy" of her doctor's confirmation of pregnancy. The patrol guide says to mail the original.
quick question from in basket.. there was a question regarding which sgt and cops would you send to the detail..they told you they were taking 2 vans..I chose the only answer that had atleast 2 cops van qualified, anyone remember this?
