The arrest was made so whether it gets dp'd or not those forms are getting forwarded unless you show me in the patrol guide where it says if the case is dp'd DO NOT forward the 49's
It was not a bad question and in 208-34 line 9a it says forward the ORIGINAL to the chief of department direct now the other 6 get held if the case is dp'd but that ORIGINAL goes to the chief of department direct regardless. ANOTHER CHEAP SHOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was a poor question, a well written question there would be no debate whatsoever, either you know it or not. they did not make it clear that the drugs were kept and bribery declined. these guys got 6 months off patrol to write 100 questions, i have little sympathy for the carelessness of this crew.
You're right EDUBz. Way to many of these questions were written poorly. They spent to much time trying their best to trick you on every question where as in the past may 1 or 2 questions were written like that but now it seems 95% of the test is going to be protested because they F****** up trying to be too slick. This is going to be interesting.
The bribery one was very vague and poorly worded. I picked get the DP letter bc they never said the drugs were "decline to prosecute", they just said the ADA would not prosecute Birbery. Thats it, much like everything on this test, too vague and up for interpretation.
As for the Plt Cmdr, he starts banging out those 7 49's as soon as the DO tells him that a cop is charging bribery. The ICO updates the same 49's after the cop deals with the ADA and the cop has to update the CO.
I knew that procedure well, but it was a vague fact pattern, I am just assuming the CPCS stuck, but who the hell knows???
There was a question of the CO giving the lieutenant some compstat paperwork to look over and the spaa supposedly looked over the paperwork and asked what should you do. I THINK I picked the choice where it said to do your math twice then look over it again. Did anyone get anything different from that
anyone remember what they put for the question that went along the lines.... of a spaa being backed up in her own work bc she was reassigned different work by the SOL, because the SOL felt she had enough time to do both.
How the hell majority picked d for 18 when correct answer choice was B It was the question about the strip search. DO tells detective to get his supervisor for strip search.
I think there was another question, with a PAA. some of the answer choices were........
a. look into the PAa workload before you confront the SOL or Admin Lt
b. maybe she is slacking because of the extra unwanted workload
I didnt reassign the ADO bc My thoughts were how can you reassign a position that is non existant in the PG... Whats an ADO? could be wrong but i chose the SPAA until she felt more comfortable with her duties

There's no right or wrong answer here. It's all judgement and thats another reason why you can't go by these answer keys. Different bosses manage differently this is why in bmoc they gave you the packet on DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT STYLES.

The correct answer isn't chosen by vote.
B is Def the answer. and if the majority picked D then that really makes me think this "tally key" has lost sum major luster...lol.

The key is crap. P.G. Questions in which I identified the trick and absolutely chose correctly are wrong on the key. Think about it: there were several questions on the test that MOST people got wrong. The key has been determined by choosing the MOST popular answer on a test rife with tricks.

This is why I refuse to look at any key other than the official one. Why make yourself crazy?!

b was what i chose also. I believe choice d stated something about conducting another strip search if reasonable suspicion of weapon/contraband after initial one. Thats correct but d most correct was to ask ur boss for approval regarding d search.
i think D was reasonable susp if u want to strip search again. but i was very very close to choose B. believe it or not but choice B sounded sooooo good that it was too good to be true lol
If you look at the key on page 7, B is the most chosen answer. Cop asks for permission from immediate supervisor or bcs supv to conduct strip search
The only problem i saw with the answer was it did not say IMMEDIATE supv. just call your command for your supervisor or sopmething like that.. 100% didnt say immediate boss.
I was on this question for awhile between B & D. I didnt want to choose D but I did for that reason

Don't have the pg with me, it states in 208-03, or 208-05, it's definitely in the beginni
ur absolutely right abt that. But The way i read the choise was that DO can not authorize the search only immed supv or bcss can. Choice D sounded better to me thats all. Maybe a double answer.

Choice D if you want to conduct an additional strip search if you have reasonable suspicion to believe perp still or acquired weapons/contraband. The correct answer choice is B Which brings us to question 19. As per new I.O only supervisor authorizing strip search must ensure that command log page # is in details of OLBS. The were looking for incorrect answer choice as the duty of D/O. Correct answer is again B, D/O no longer has anything to do with OLBS. But then again everyone chose D...

The DO also doesn't put the strip search on the "prisoner" medical treatment form. That was D
