I know but what wss the formula to use. Many people i spoke to didnt know what to use . Complaints or arrests. I remember the question asked regarding the precincts performance yhats why i used the arrest column. Please explain

The numbers were same for both, I was confused too. The formula is the same one as always.
So arrest and complaint numbers were same increase or decrease lol

The dumb dumbs at DCAS forgot to clarify if they wanted it for 61s or collars.

Fortunately, if you did the math for arrest, burgs was the answer. They did the math

already for 61s and burgs was the answer to. I wonder if they did that on purpose or

they got lucky that both were the same.

if you guys did the math right..the answer was around 43%...and whatever that 43% corresponds to. burg/assaults....if i rem i think they asked the lowest % change....
