I got excited about this too, but no change on test date. "The Notice of Examination is amended to add a more detailed description of the multiple-choice test under THE TEST section."

Like machine mentioned a detailed description of the multiple choice exam such as the judgment and decision making part . Who knows.

The booklet you are referring to is the new Crime Complaint Reporting Reference Manual published by OMAP. Prior to the new one that was released last month, there hadn't been one published since 2004. You can get it on the Intranet under OMAPs webpage.
