Don't they usually announce AT LEAST 6 months prior to the test ? May - October is only 5 months.  Im starting to get worried here

It probably won't be in October. The reason why people think October is because the promotional courses jumped the gun and made a mad dash for the money. At least it's getting some people to study longer.
