The number is still only up to 380 that was cleared. (Just checked today) I am hearing it from multiple sources that there will be a promotional class in June and the number I keep hearing is 75. One of my sources said that it was a little odd that a class would fall on memorial day but was not out of the realm of impossibilities. On a side note, July is looking at 1600 recruits. ( I guess the Dept. assumes 100-200 people are going to drop out for various reasons) That should help speed up promotions. I guess if anyone wants to check to see if they are cleared, try the educational tracking unit at the police academy. I believe they should know. Keep up the info if anyone hears anything else.

 It's a one day training. A nice day off. Bmoc has 5 phases now. That's the 1st phase. You get paperwork that has to be completed by the time you go into bmoc. Your still a couple months away tho.

Satcom, how is that possible, when they promote in the 4th week? In your instance it would be only 3 weeks before promotion.

Im assuming they would get promoted and complete the following week before independence day. Nonetheless, Who knows.  I could be wrong.

I was also told that 1650 recruits will be hired on july 6...with another 1000 in january..the biggest issue will also be the new world trade center command will need 650 UMOS (operations order 21 from 3-31-11) so I am only guessing that there will be a july/aug hire for this current list...Thoughts?
