They said to call uniformed promotions at phase one to see if you are cleared I'm just curious . What is that ?

That means your cleared to get promoted.... Your in good standings w your college credits etc... If you don't have your credits in place your not cleared to get promoted and that's not good.. But fixable..

They conduct "round robins" at various stages prior to promotion....the last one is done 48 hours before the promotion I think. They check with IAB, your CPI, make sure you have your educational requirements met, etc.
