I wonder what academy class had the longest run without a shot at Lt. July 2001 class is nine years in and won't see the test for a while yet. It seems like hard luck, but i'm sure it has been worse.

Its going to be a long wait and its definately a lot harder to fly under the radar as a sgt. Never got a cd as a cop, in two years as boss I already have a fistful of them. Oh well,be comforted by the fact that by the time the next Lt test rolls around, some of us will be super senior sergeants, sigh.

hello fellow sgts. Im new to this forum and had to laugh about racking up cd's as a sgt. I too never got one as a cop, but racked them up as a boss.

I saw you can do a multiple find and replace a list of items in text online at http://list-replace.info .  Maybe this can help.
