just wondering if someone was placed on the lowest level of force monitoring for getting 3 ccrbs in a year would affect a promotion time? ... i heard the lowest one is like command level and to just keep your nose clean anyone KNOW FOR SURE?.. dont care about speculation
From what I understand, the most they will do to you is make the candidate go before a promotional board to interview that person. From what I understand, you have to be an absolute screw up to not get promoted. (The city wants to avoid any lawsuits). I knew a female that was caught sleeping on post by the ICO, was issued a CD, and she still got promoted. You shouldn't have anything to worry about. I was told this by an ICO.

thanks.. i appreciate it .. by just a couple of nonsense jobs with absolute EDP's one which we collared for punching me in the face made CCRB's which triggered i guees the three in a year thing, even though i havent been down there once, will put me on the low level of the CCRB monitoring... spoke to a couple of bosses that were hands on cops that had similar dealings and they said its nothing to go crazy about.. just not what i wanted to hear like 7 months before i get promoted cant help but think about it... worked to hard for this and waited so long
