i was at emd today to finish some paperwork and they told me jan 4 and im in  i didnt get the number of ppl but there is a class 100 % jan 4 i saw the list and my names on there i tried to count the names but she did it so fast but itlooks like 60 to 70
SO CONGRATS TO ALL SEE U IN BMOC
ps this class is going to be a 5 yr wonder class

well that kinda sucks for me but cheers to u guys who are gonna be in...at least theyre moving...i should be the class following that one...figure march or april the way things are going...sucks when ur that close...just hoping to stay safe and outta trouble until my time comes

I just came back from military leave and they informed me that I was up for promotion. im in the low 100s i was pass over because i didnt have the 5 yrs yet

I will fix accordingly...if anyone has any other info let me know...i will take people off or add on...as of now thats 55 people...dont know whose jammed up but im sure its not that many...451 was promoted provisionally...hes gotta do the actual BMOC next class they put in but already got promoted (i know him personally)

I'm surprised that this post about a January 4th class has not gotten many replies. Does anyone else have anymore info about this ? When would the finest come down the 30th ?

I will be getting promoted in the next bmoc (passed because of time). I was recently contacted by education tracking. They did not mention a specific promotion date but Jan 4 or at least some time in early January seems plausible.

What is there to talk about. The info is there and it's reliable. Jan 4th class, finest will be down the Wed. before as it always is. Everyone on this list or the yet to be established 2009 list is anxious to be promoted. When ur number is up you'll get promoted. Just chillax and wait. Bull****ing about it isn't gonna make the list move any faster.

I don't know where anyone here is getting their info from. I'm towards the bottom of the "5 year wonder" clas and my ico was already contacted by emd about my personnel records. If only 40 were going in, I don't think emd would have contacted my command. Of course anything can happen, including them not even putting in a class, but I'm gonna have to believe most or all of the five year guys are gonna go in. But then again I wouldn't really believe anything is official until you're on stage shakin the comssioner's hand.

From what I understand, emd usually clears enough names for two classes. I'm i the 550's, and emd contacted my ico almost two months ago. Theres no way i'll be in this class.

people at 1 PP are saying that promotion date is set for Jan.29 (Friday) So the Jan.4th date for bmoc to start has to be true

It is ALWAYS the last Wednesday of the Month. I am still hearing 40 but then again I also hear they increased the Recruit class to 400 instead of 100 last minute.
