It's amazing how 2,000 people could not spend two seconds out of their day checking yes or no on a piece of paper.  Considering it affects their livelyhood, I would think they would send in their ballot.  Oh well, at least thats another two dollars in my pocket, i'll try not to spend it all in one placehmm
