Question 45:
I don't remember much about this question but what you guys are saying makes no sense.  Does anyone remember more about this question.  I thought this was the ccrb question where your the highest ranking member in the command and a c/v wants to make a complaint against an unknown MOS.  If that's the case then the answer was to notify the CO/DC.  The T/S always refers ccrb/corrupt to the DO whether its a phone call or walk in, and I'm pretty sure one answer said to give the C/V a copy of the Statistical Summary Sheet, not the actual CCRB, which we all know we never do......and what does the CPU sgt have to do with CCRB's???

You might be right about the stat sheet, then I'm wrong. D is also not right. It might be B, but I don't remember what it was.... This question should def be a protested one. If someone knows what B was.... give a heads up. Thanks.

I think some of us are missing the point. The question with the summons clearly stated that it was a walk in CCRB. The officer never put his information on the botton of the summons which changes the whole thing. I don't know but look into it when they don't know who the officer is the investigative actor changes so guys look into it.

Hollar you need to explore the possibility that you got this question wrong.  Yes I know the sanitation question stated you were the highest ranking member in the command but that's not what were talking about.  Like 3yrwonder said, I also remember there being two ccrb questions were the identity of the MOS was Unknown.  The answer to both those questions was to notify the investigating supervisor.  There were only 2 ccrb questions.  As for the other 5 questions:

1.Hazmat-Answer was to safeguard vehicle for Highway District(Not safety unit thats diff.)
2.ACC-  With the pitbull in the park, Answer was to notify Ops since ACC is closed
3.Mobilization- Answer was for the p/s to "ensure responders are properly equipped."
4.Juvenile Report-Answer was PINS male/female less than 18 go on juv report, and advise c/v to seek petition in family court.
5.Housing Vertical-Answer was memo book entry and advise central of the location.

And as for the force figures question- Everyone I know got 29, but the Capt from the Key got 28 so it  should be interesting to see what the right answer is.

Just because an instructor got a certain answer doesn't it make it right. I definitely consider Inspector Shea a genius but there were a few times he goofed on in-basket questions in class.
