I think the question about 212-37 harzadous should be protested because the fact has too many stuff involved. First they mention there was an eplosion of a manhole fine. Then they say in result a tanker truck collided with a building and the super of the building is saying there were abstetos coming out from the building which are harzadous to health. the question i have is what the examiner is reffering to was it the explosion, the accident or the tanker truck. it come down to this according to me. if they were reffering to asbetos hazardous outdoors at least 300 ft. answer a. if vehicle is involved answer is detain vehicle, but after harzadous materials are removed. it didn't say that in the question. any body agree please let me know what u think. patrol supervisor 8.
