Theyre up to list 270 out of 670 and its not even the new year yet.

Yes, everyone will be promoted.

I hope so, it's just a little disheartening how they cancelled the next academy class, they only promoted 30 this month, a new test in two months, and with the current economy, I'm sure many Sergeants will be staying past 20. But hopefully we'll all be promoted sooner or later....hmm

There are rumors flying around about this sgt's test, that list would be around will around for a while. I don't think this current list has anything to worry about.
