Any news on those skipped over BMOC 1?

Any news on those skipped over or what they are doing about promotions?  Are they promoting everyone on Monday, 9/29?  Is there going to be a BMOC class in October?

The ppl in bmoc now that don't belong will be sent back to their commands.  Another class will be going in directly after the class in there now. The ppl that got skipped over will get promoted with the current Bmoc class.
