I called DCAS and the automated system stated that I am on the list and read out my list number, then it said that I am "not currently on an outstanding certification".  What does that mean?  Any info is appreciated.  Thank you.

outstanding balance bad..... not outstanding cert ,,,prob means you are certified elligable...good thing
