yes, there are a few ways to go,  but the way i go is this

take LIRR to penn station
take the A,C,E train southbound to 14 the street.
At 14th Street change subways and take the L towards Brooklyn. Get off at 3rd avenue stop.
When you go upstairs at 3rd avenue u have the option to either take the bus to 20th street or you can walk 5-6 blocks.

its 235 east 20th street  between 2nd and 3rd avenue.

DD if you want, private message me, maybe i can meet you at Penn station tomorrow. I will be taking the 5:25 am train and should arrive at Penn around 6:15 am.  Let me know.

You can also take the M16 bus from 34th street (near 7th Ave), drops you off at 2nd Ave and 23rd Street.
