I heard the list in July than I hear January does anyone have an accurate month at least. Conrats to everyone who passed see you in BMOC

If they are putting two more BMOC'S in for this current list, expect the list out december, january. Why would they put the list out in July when there is still a September BMOC, then the holdovers for January who get 5 years. I don't expect this list fro another 6 months.

My source says the list will be out 09/08... add 200 to the 684 and start hiring in 2/09...

to help you guys out this is how it workS IF YOU GET PASS OVER BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME YOU WILL GET MADE WHEN YOU HIT FIVE YEARS BUT IF THEY DONT GET TO YOUR LIST NUMBER AND THE NEW LIST COMES OUT YOU WILL DIE ON THE LIST (BUT THE DEPT CAN REQUEST THAT DCAS NOT TO KILL THE LIST TO MEET DEMANDS)

AND YES TWO LIST CAN BE OUT AT THE SAME TIME BUT ONLY ONE LIST CAN BE MADE PUBLIC NOT TWO (READ THE RULES ON DCAS WEBSITE)

SO IF 7508 COMES OUT PUBLICLY THE REMAINING PEOPLE FROM THE OLD LIST WILL BE PROMOTED IF YOU WERE PASS OVER WHEN THE TIME COMES SO IF YOUR WAITING FOR JAN 09 WHEN THE TIME COMES YOU WILL BE THE FIRST TO GET A SEAT IN BMOC

BUT IM SURE EVERYONE IS GOING TO GET MADE ON THIS OLD LIST BECAUSE THE DEPT NEEDS AS MUCH SGTS THEY CAN GET

If my calculations are correct, there are approx. 130 people left on the 2007 list. If they put in 65 on july 7th or so. that would leave 65, which I am guessing that most of them don't have the 5 years. So if that's the case isn't it true that the 2008 list needs to come into play?

They're going to kill this list before promoting the jan 09 people? or There will be one more class from this list but it will be february or later?

I seriously doubt they'd kill the list b/c there has to be someone in that group (waiting for 5 years - jan 09) that was passed over for lack of time.

This current list has to be active for a minimum of one year, when was it established? December?

Even if there is no jan class it does necessarily mean the jan 09 guys wont get promoted, there could be a december class. Sgt's dont get promoted until the end of bmoc, so as long as the graduation date is after 1/1/09, that could be a possible scenario.
