I agree with you DOA 100%. Your previous response was very well stated. That is the exact reason i studied myself. I do not have too much time on myself and yet ,even though just hitting 5 years very shortly, i can see a decline in the quality of people being hired. I am waiting for the next give back for new recruits to be that you have to pay for the academy classes.  It is just insane how they think 10 vacation days a year is acceptable for the job that is required.
