Actually it's funny you mentioned that the test may be voided. I tried to call DCAS today and got nothing but automated messages. Monday seems like a good day to make a personal visit to DCAS with every message printed from this website showing the answers. This way the test will be voided and the loser with the 2 Lt's 2 po's and 2 defectives will have to take the test over again. And it will give me more time to study. Either way I win. Oh yeah, the media should get involved in this as well.

Would you two babies take your crying somewhere else, please. You act like this is the first time in history that answers for a promotional exam have been talked about before the military test was given. The job doesn't mind this at all, they need as many people to pass the test as possible so if a couple of military guys pick up some points so be it. If there was true competition for the Sgt. test like you needed an 85 to make a list, then yes this would be a problem, but its not, so stop crying about it. If you studied and got your 70 you will be in bmoc sometime in 09 and the military guy sitting next to you owes you lunch. I would love to see the look on the civies faces down at DCAS when you walk in and demand the test be thrown out.  priceless.  

If the test gets voided, do you know how many people will sue? I would, especially knowing if you have a passing grade. No way they will void this.

I can't believe you guys are cops.  No wonder you can't get a decant raise, you sound like a bunch of pre-schoolers.

I can think of 3 questions that should be thrown out with little protest. I am not really sure about the typo one that was mentioned. It was understandable and not such a typo that you could not tell what the word was and what the entire question meant.

Can you feel the love in here? Brotherhood of the boys in blue is rock solid. I guess that's why their is a smoker every other week in one of the boroughs. I remember a time when cops bent over backwards for one another. The job is turning new cops into back stabbing summons machines and the older cops are afraid to say anything. Hope everyone passed this test. Maybe you all as promoted Sgt's can make a difference and bring back morale and police etiquette. But then again their will be tool bag sgt' that will cause more harm than good.

 I would just like to know where you are getting your information?  Do you have extensive knowledge of civil service exam rules and regs?  Do you have a friend who is the Master of all Civil Service Exams who is feeding you this info?  Are these rules that your making up in your stupid head posted somewhere for all to read or is this extensive knowledge of civil service promotional exam LAW only available from your stupid head and mouth?

i HAVE BEEN TO 3 PRIOR PROTEST SESSIONS.  WHEN THEY GIVE YOU THE TEST BOOKLET THEY NEVER HAVE ASKED ME DID U TAKE THE SABBATH TEST, THE REGULAR TEST OR THE MILITARY TEST.  EVERYONE'S BOOKLET HAD THE SAME QUESTIONS.  TRY TO USE YOUR HEAD.  THEY DONT ASK DIFFERENT QUESTIONS, THAT WOULD NOT BE LEGITIMATE.  WHOS TO SAY ONE QUESTION WAS NOT HARDER THAN ANOTHER.  I'VE ASKED THIS QUESTION SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THE SAME.  SAME TEST DIFFERENT ORDER.  GET OVER IT YOUR WRONG.

sounds like you WERE talking about something you know nothing about. The proper way to say it is "I don't think they're the same questions". Then at least you give yourself an out. They are in fact the same questions and all this answering questions and giving the answers are gonna put alot of people ahead of you on the list.

31 is D, you assign the PAA to transport the perp to the hospital if no one else is available. I know that for a fact, looked it up right after the test.
