Every question is protestable.  It usually works best if you're protesting based on the question being wrong according to the Patrol Guide.

You'll find out what questions were thrown out when the scores come it, which is the same time as the final answer key.

HOW MANY ANSWERS HAVE THEY THROWN OUT IN THE PAST? DOES ANY BODY KNOW? SOMETHING HAS TO BE WRONG WHEN WE ALL CHOSE THE SAME ANSWER.

just remember they only throw out the question if its bad, if its not bad they will allow for double answers but u would have to have one of those choices to get credit for it.

I would like to join the protest.  There are about 7 questions that have double answers and we should not let this go.  We need to join in and protest these questions.  Please let me know what I would need to do.  Thanks fladolphin doh

Is there anyone protesting any of the following:

8,9,18, 27, 46, 51, 82, 84, 86, 94, 95, 98

I have to agree it seems everyone had the same answers for #27,#31,#47,#64,#82,#84. These questions put me from a 74 to a 68. I hoping for a little help with a double answer or a couple of throw outs.

ilulaurie...94,95,98 are solid I don't see any angles with those questions. I passed and will still protest. However, I will only protest questions that are truly confusing and ambiguous. I think you have a better chance with 46,82,84 and especially 49. I am preparing my myself now and suggest that everyone do the same.

I HEARD FROM PEOPLE WHO PROTESTED LAST YEAR, THAT AFTER THE PROTEST, DCAS HAS 30 DAYS TO MAKE A DECISION. AFTER THE DECISION, THERE WILL BE A SECOND KEY FROM DCAS WITH THE REVISION. I GOT IT FROM A GOOD SOURCE. HE BACAME A SERGEANT AFTER HE GOT THE SECOND KEY. HE WENT FROM 66 TO 70 AND BECAME SGT. LETS HAVE FAITH AND IF IT DOESN'T HAPPEN, IT WASN'T MEANT TO BE.

I think this list will be out really fast, less than 6 months or however long it takes DCAS to verify military, residency (if still given), physical fitness points, and medal points.

There will not be a list until the current one is exhausted, you cant have two lists at the same time. And the current list has to be around for one year, so it's going to be a little longer than 6 months before your list is established.

Your correct under civil service rules you can't have two active list. Although the PC has the power to promote provisional sergeants based on raw score. I believed that happen once, I don't think that will happen in this situation.

for anyone that got wrong question #26 (that was the 511 question) that should be double answer so if u put choice (a) refer to p.g. 208-53 it states that if a summons is issued before a person is arrested for 511 to put the vtl charge on the online and void the summons which was choice (a)

Irishprincess14 yes you can still mail in your protest you have 30 days to mail it in from the date of your protest session. You need to put your ss# question # on the top and to fill it in quadruplicate and put your name and address on the reverse side of the first page and sign it, Also include a self addressed envelope. This is only for people that actually mailed away for the protest session. I f you did not mail it they will not allow you to protest.

oh i will (whatelse) thanks......but (STOPTHEINSANITY) obviously i know there not gonna throw out 11 questions and eventhough i dont need to defend myself, FYI i already passed the test so im protesting these with a bunch of friends of mine that are close to passing an anyone else on here who is aswell, so why not try an help them out or move myself up on the list, all they can do is say no so maybe if u wrote up some protest instead of making stupid comments u might pass aswell.....
