BMOC instructors stated that 60 sergeants just retired and vacancies show for 120 Sgt's.............There will be a LT. class next month, thus, september looking likely for SGTs as well.....If I hear anything else, I'll relay the message and to OhGowd, everything is speculation until it happens, especially on the first day of classes, but what they tell us, I'll convey to all who are interested.....

no way...the 5th is the West Indian Day Parade. Maybe the 6th or the 7th? Its all hands on deck...especially this year as the department has given J'Ouvert a permit and are doubling the size of the detail. Have they put classes in before the parade in prior years?

As i recall BMOC runs on holidays i cant specifically remember if a class ran on the day of the parade.

I've seen in past years the class would go in on the last Monday of the current month instead of the first week of September. But then again who knows...
