 I was thinking the same, if they cleared 75 last month promoted only 30, the combined clearances would hopefully mean a descent size class This month.

Clearance dont combine. Fresh start every month. If you didnt get promoted with previous clearance, you will get cleared again.

 Thanks for clarifying, I guess 20 to 30 would be a good guess. Hopefully we get a surprise with a higher number.

Personnel asked for 50 as they did last month, obviously that hasnt panned out. Expect similar to last month once 14 has their meeting later in the month.

I was just informed by a reliable source, with CityHall new creation of Office Of Community Safety, it seems that funds from this department is being allocated to that new department. Which means that is a possibility that any future promotion might be put on hold until further notice, also hiring might be freeze, and OT will definitely be getting cut. Lets hope thats not the case.
