another class in July coming out of the academy. The more rookies , the more supervision needed. Hopefully the mayor and PC appropriate needed funds. Also remember the people retiring from Jan and
July 06. These will be Chiefs all the way down to Sgt . So all ranks will need to be replaced. You cant say do more with less. They will need more Sgts.

Remember its cold out right now. Wait till crime starts to pick up when weather gets warmer out and more people outside. Its easy for mayor to say crime is down. I guarantee as crime picks up and mayor tries to say Crime is down there will be more people saying the opposite and these will be people who voted for him . Something tells me youre going to have the likes of previous mayors in regards to crime. And Im not referring to the mayors where crime was driven down .

SBA news! Lipetri said at compstat yesterday that he was canceling MFF for the weekend because of the weather and apparently the PC flipped out about it. Reversed it and sent inspectors to check and make sure people were going.

My whole thing is how could he feel this is the right move when alot of supervisors are eligible for retirement, getting collared and demoted etc. My command is so short of supervisors u always see the admin sgt and assistant ico doing patrol or desk. Let's see what happens.
There are currently 1100 recruits set to graduate the academy next month along with 1000+ more sometime around June. That along with the large amount of retirees would suggest promotions will continue

How many honestly get demoted ? How many sgts got demoted off this list? Word of caution btw, Tisch has been dropping the hammer with disciplinary proceedings.
