So we have roughly 190 people that still need to get promoted and the list expires Jan 2027? Thats roughly 13-14 months to promote 190 people. Doesnt seem possible to me with the given promotion rates.

On top of that you have this lunatic anti cop mayor coming in, so I dont see any extensions/increased numbers.

Impossible is NOTHING, but I would say it's improbable all get made. Less than 400 on the list and you're safe. 400+ and you may have to study again.
