Hey guys, may be a silly question. But can you take out a deferred comp loan prior to retirement? Or even right after for that matter?

 

any insight would be cool, thanks

To add, can you start withdrawing from 457 upon retirement or have to wait til 59 1/2. Thanks

Yes you can take loan up to 50k.

Yes you can withdraw at retirement. Don't need to wait until 59 1/2 unless you funded a 401k.
