I don't think we have anything to be concerned about..... There has always been a XMAS promotion... One will happen. Last I heard it was going to be Monday, 23....

It also makes sense to me that promotions will be on Monday considering the low #'s that are being reported and all anticipated moves that are allegedly happening this week... I guess we will see by tonight if anything comes down for Friday....

Promotions are based upon vacancies in each rank.  They don't do large numbers if the vacancies arent there.
