941 days without a contract,

Fun fact: Our salaries depreciated $13.37 today.

4% inflation at 122k annually is $4880 depreciation for the year. Divided by 365= $13.37

Vagelshlong doesnt give a flying fuck. Hes at top pay plus Union incentive. Hes not working for anything but his re-election. Thatll come at the expense of us & the benefit of those going to top pay. Were not fkn stupid. Hes a joke, this union is a joke, this dept is a joke, this city is a joke.

Lets request the SBA allow a vote on the contract that the dea and lab received. A bird in the hand. Then the SBA can continue on rectifying the pay issue of the newbies

Yeah and most of those people who voted are either at top pay or approaching top pay. Theyre as much sellouts as Little Shlong.

Voting for this contract without fixing the disparity is just as much as sellingout as before. All I read now on this thread is ppl willing to except the contract as is.

Yeah well we might as well. Vinnys plan of sitting on his ass is making us lose more money as the days pass by.

And PS.it seems like the city really doesnt give a fuck about the disparity at this point and its not gonna get fixed.either continue making 97k for a few more years or take this contract and give yourself a raise and a decent top pay number to look forward to

Agree 100%. Were not adding another step as a give back. Theyre asking for 2 Chart days. Tell them to give us back the 2 days & well vote on it. Also there is no reason anyone that went direct to top pay should be entitled to a retro either so I dont see whats wrong with that give back.

My mind is just boggled that SBA is the reason why were here & they had no problem putting that SHIT contract to vote when I literally begged ppl to vote no cuz I knew it was horrible but now we can get some compensation with nothing to sacrifice and its not good enough. Fuck you Vinnie you piece of shit.

Wonder what Vinnies plan is now.I guess meeting with the mayor isnt a great idea anymore lolI would put the contract out to vote before it gets taken off the table.

Jumane can only hold the position for 90 days and the special election will decide the mayor for remainder of the term.

Thanks for the clarification. No way he wins then, he's way too progressive. Big money won't like him.
