10 Captains were cleared for end of April (confirmed). To put it in perspective, 12 were cleared for March.....

 I heard they cleared 10 as well but clearance does not equal promotions. Fingers crossed!

I highly doubt this. They still need to promote a ton of Captains to DI's. I could see another 4-5 classes of 10-15 each.
