Desk is always annoying but after a while, you just get more used to it, but it still sucks

Just start training your TS to do things instead of being on Instagram all the time.

It also depends on where you work and what tour you work. Most busy commands usually have an ADO that helps a lot. 4x12 desk is the worst if you are in a busy pct.

As a cop i learned and did a ton of shit on the TS. As a boss you should be training and giving your TS direction.

Never did TS as a cop so this was all brand new for me. If I had to do everything myself I wouldnt have time to take a piss.
