They arent releasing video for another 10 days to 2 weeks. I have no intel, but I doubt that.

Just what I heard. I know a few patrol boroughs put out no excusals and must be on standby rosters. I heard it was conpstat and promos cancelled so we should hear by today. Hope for the best

Its from an abundance of precaution, MS was up and they are the ones that will be effected if anyone decides to protest. Cancelling promotions is a last resort, I dont see that happening

They didnt cancel the promotions. They sent an email around 1500 informing for guys/gals getting promoted to appear at 1PP auditorium at 0700 hours.

 It might be that DCAS failed to add the military points and the persons addressed the issue with them, although their list number change the list is not amended. Know someone personally that did it and he jumped about 60 names but the list was not updated.

 And because its expensive to create a test every couple of years. The Javis center allegedly cost the city millions

The Javitz Center is owned by the state. I think they might let the city use it at a huge discount. It normally costs about $500,000 to $600,000 to rent it per day. Thats not too expensive, even with no discount.
