I meant on an RDO while you are out sick. Like when you are allowed to leave your residence when RDO during sick?

Regular sick is not a valid reason to request a make-up test, read the NOE. Everything is in there.

 As long as youre not chronic, yes, you can take the exam on your RDO if youre out sick. Remember from studying, if you arent chronic, you just have to be home during your schedule tour. If youre chronic, suspended, modified, or on dismissal probation, you must stay home the entire time unless you get permission from the sick desk supervisor or district surgeon 

if youre out sick & youre RDO, which in this case will be Squad 3, you can leave your house without permission According to 330-01 (yes barring any restrictions)
