Ask yourself does The person youre notifying really have to know this information? Why would they want to? Or can this issue be resolved without them?

and add in some brute force also

A technique was "Day 1 test takers" sharing answers in group chats with people who have not taken the exam yet.
That is CORRUPTION and MISCONDUCT.
Email IAB (IAB@NYPD.org) screen shots of all the messages in the group chats, including screenshots of names and phone numbers of all in group chat
I do not mind getting GO-15 as a WITNESS, because truth is, I did not to anything wrong other than study hard.

Day 2 test takers already got 14 questions right before walking in the door to take their exam.
That means, I will be on the bottom of this list, which may take an extra 2 to 3 years for me to get promoted. Or I will have so many names leap frog me, that I may even die on the list and never get promoted; all because people were sharing as many as 14 questions on group chats.
Do yourself a favor email IAB screenshot. OBTAIN LOG #, speak to IAB investigator and follow through with that complaint.

Unfortunately, this is the only way to stop BS like this from happening again. And is one of the ways to bring some type of justice.

Note: in the 2015 Vucinaj - LT Exam, people shared screen shots to IAB. Those who received answers before taking the exam were investigated by IAB and were NOT promoted to LT, although scoring high on list. Those scammers remained Sgts and are never eligible for another civil service promotion exam in NYPD.

Do yourselves a favor email IAB and build your case. (IAB@NYPD.org)

I agree. I dont think anyone who cheated should be promoted. I have no skin in the game Ive been promoted for over 3 years already. But I dont think the first solution is run to IAB because you believe some cheating happened. Go to the protest session. See what plays out with throw outs. If there is a curve. Im sure DCAS completely fu***d this entire process up again. But first put the blame exactly where it deserves to be and thats with DCAS and the job for allowing an incompetent agency to once again poorly run another civil service exam and the loser test writers who probably spent more time looking at the PG than the inside of an rmp

Totally agree with you, and you said you been promoted for three years so you scored pretty high, imagine you put in all that work and someone goes in day 2 with 20 points in the bag already, I dont feel bad.And what makes it worse the day 2 cops r rubbing it in day 1 face.

I agree with the curve, and waiting to see how it play out

Im glad its in the news. They cant just ignore us now. I took the exam day one 1st session. What can we expect? A huge curve, lots of throw outs or maybe even a new exam thats administered fairly. Theres no way they allow this without doing something.

Theres a chance were still screwed but they handle it on the disciplinary side. Fire the cheaters or never allow them to gain a promotion or take a promotional exam. ( no detective shield either)

The more noise made, the more you all will be heard. Your outcome unknown. But one thing is for sure, there are power in numbers, and social media is a great way to be vocal.
