What's up fellow future sgts. As we close in on our glorious day I just want to share some words with you. I have heard of and even spoken to several cops that either stopped studying a long time ago or signed up for the exam and decided to just not take the exam. They feel the job is dead ..they don't wanna have to look after cops under them etc. I feel so why spend all the money and the time to just throw in the towel. Let's not give up all the hard work will pay off. Yes this test is already swirling with controversy  but we need not to worry but to just go in there and bang this test out...and yes the job sucks but guess what when we get promoted we now have that better opportunity to help change it for the better. As sgts our voices will grab the powers that be attention. God bless you all let's bring it home
