Just a prediction not fact yet at least but I think the Dept does 1 more class before the Captains exam. Whether thats the beginning of August or end of July who knows. Only time will tell.

nothing solid yet. the timing of this class and it being moved up, its possible to squeeze one more in. but thats also wishful thinking on my part too

Just doing some research there are 220 names left on the list if you use the adjusted list numbers on elite (up to list #1115 out of 1335). Out of those 220 there are 27 that are no longer on job. Unfortunately, I do not have a list of passovers. Hopefully everyone makes it.
