On May 25, 2022 DCAS released a SECOND amended NOE re the upcoming Sergeant Exam. Believe what you want, but there will NOT be an in-basket. We (The Key and Rising Star) have been completely accurate with all information that we have disseminated so far....

Whats the no in basket theory based off of ? Originally it was they didnt have Enough time.
