Tell me how to treat the thyroid gland

My doctor, who examined my neck for the thyroid gland, said that in case of a malignant neoplasm, immediate surgical intervention is required. If so, I can still postpone the operation. Laser treatment is not recommended for me, as I am still young, it will expose me to radiation. The doctor said he wanted to avoid reoperation, as reoperation would be risky, as nerves could be damaged if reoperation was performed.

Thyroid dysfunction is common in takotsubo syndrome and depends on two different mechanisms: the results of a multicenter observational study. There is an assumption about the complex interaction of central and peripheral catecholamines with thyroid homeostasis. Have you passed all the required tests? This is very important in order to understand exactly what needs to be treated.
