I'm sure by this point a social distanced even with limited seating could be held, guys worked hard to pass these tests, would be nice to Atleast have a ceremony again.

Last I heard it was no ceremony. They basically just hand you your shield

 The ceremony is 20 mins. Its in an auditorium style class room; Star-Spangled Banner is sung, followed by a 5-10 min speech from the PC, your name read aloud by Ceremonial Lt. (Stand up, salute PC). The end. Dismissed. 

no picture shaking hands with the PC.
