Hey. Same thing happened to me, only not for covid. So here's what happened to me. I was out for a while due to injury, and finally went full by the first week of March. Apparently, the clearances that were done for the end of Feb class were retained and held ready to go. So when it came down that there was going to be promotions on the 18th, they used the same list of names from the list that would have went in had there been promos at the end of feb., without redoing clearances. Had they done the process of reclearing people, then you and I would have made it. But they didn't. So we will be up next. Im actually surprised they didn't redo it considering a lot can happen between the end of feb and today. But it is what it is. I do hope that I shed some light into the your situation. Be well. Be safe.

I am almost sure that City Time corrects the hour change so the answer is no.

Still haven't heard about any Sgt orientation. Anyone know where to find a Uniform Promotion Checklist?

Edit: checklist is in section 203-07 of the Patrol Guide.

The finest was pretty brief. Come in your dress uniform, get sworn in, leave, then come back on the 19th at 0700hrs.

Then you heard wrong. You cant have a class go in and say its only discretionary promotions. Sgt, lt, cpt promotions arent discretionary.

I am in sergeant bmoc and I did not hear anything about promotions next month unless they said something in the LT bmoc. All we did on Friday is have the sba come in and fill out paper work.
