Movement opening up now?

Anyone hearing anything regards to movement opening up after this latest round of promotions?

I know for a fact that the last promotion was specifically earmarked to fill vacancies on patrol and other bureaus weren't able to pick up.  There were rumors after the last class that things might open up in a month and now here we are a month later with another class going in.  

Anyone hearing something concrete?

For anyone who is curious, I was just told that any spots downtown considers "admin" are still not allowed to be filled. Enforcement/investigatory spots should be opening up.
