Does anyone know how new hire probation works? I called labor relations and no one knows the answer. I was restricted from a LOD injury for 3 yrs and I had 2 months left of probation and did do the end of probation medical does it get extended for the 3 years or do I only have 2 months to finish when I go back full duty?
