I'm a UMOS in the process of closing on a new home. I'm currently trying to help my landlord lease my current apartment which is a 1Br 1Bath with two parking spots. The rent is 1,700 a month 10 min walk to the downtown bar strip and 15-20 min walk to the Metro North. On site laundry and landlord has provide me with some storage in the basement. It has a walk-in closet and pantry. I know people are trying to escape the city... Electrical / Gas / TV is separate from rent. (All furniture leaves with me, there are two Air conditioners however the apartment only came with the bedroom unit and that will be the only unit left behind for the new renter).
