So my wifes boyfriend spoke to Commissioner Shea on Friday, he told him that not only are they not putting in anymore BMOC classes but they are abolishing the rank of Sergeant. Those of us on the list are going to be given the option of a 2 week paid vacation or a bump to the new discretionary rank of Corporal. As it was explained to me, the Corporal spot is like being a boss driver except you just drive yourself from job to job.
Lieutenant is the new Sgt, and captain is the new Lieutenant. Now obviously, if you bump everyone down a rank then you need something to fill in the top rank. Well, my wifes goomada thought of this too and asked Shea, and apparently they are making a rank higher than Chief: Big Chief. What this has to do with us I dont know.
