I believe roughly somewhere around 175K base, not too shabby. I'm happy with it.

at top pay, night differential is almost $8.00 an hour. With that and twenty year longevity I'll be in the 190's easily at he end of this contract. Pretty good for an 8 hour tour. That's why to me it's a no-brainer, best rank on the job. They can keep the lieutenant rank with the constant OT hustle which is essentially working an extra week every month, not to mention the :45 free minutes given for nothing every tour.

See below.  This doesn't include the 2.25% requiring bargaining if we get the full amount base pay will top at 180k.

The list should also start to move faster with this new contract. Many will be leaving when its ratified.

This Contract will only slow retirements. Most are going stay until 04/2021 for the final raise but they will still have to do the full year to make the last raise pensionable. You will see mass retirements in 2022

There are the givebacks. Im not a Capt, but hopefully will be one day. Im not a fan of those givebacks. Zeroes for 7 months and giving up a vacation day.

The 4 month delay for the 3 percent is not a big deal. Giving up a vacation day sucks but for the additional 2.25 percent its worth it. You accrue so much time that it will pay for itself
