If the job was smart. Which it isnt. They would have 3 week mentoring, 4 week bmoc. By the first week of bmoc, dump the next batch into mentoring so they can be ready for bmoc.
They should have 3-4 weeks of bmoc, and 2 weeks of field training on the back end after promotion.
Problem is you will have too many with stripes that will say screw this im promoted already. As when you have them up front they will be more inclined to listen. I agree with it but 3 weeks is a waste. If you cant figure it out in a week or two, just defer it.

If these are big classes like 70-80 will tell if this list is gonna move or attempt to hit 1000 at least before End of year.
I Am The Law was saying in other forum that supposedly next few classes are supposed to increase alot.. guess well see.
Just wait until the fiscal year ends June 1st...I think we will have a much better idea of how promotions are going to go once this budget nonsense is over.
