Definitely not a rookie and doesnt matter whether at top pay or not. Not everyone lives in the city or close to the new academy. If the post doesnt apply to you ignore the post and move it along ,you dont know everyones financial situation.

While in BMOC you will get broken up into groups. It goes by last names. every week each group does different things and wont see the other groups For a week or probably only in Friday. So the carpool wont work.
We should still have the same start time and EOT time
Not necessarily, if they split the class into 2 groups, 1 group may do day tours while the other does 4x12s. It isn't going to be every week though, so you can still make the carpool work.
