Passover for mentoring program

What would be the reason why they will pass someone over for the mentoring program? There are people with list numbers way higher than mine who are going into mentoring but I was passed over.

Does anyone know what would be the reason or does anyone know a number I can call to find out?

From what I understand mentoring is for those not assigned to patrol, housing and transit. I hate to say it as it may not be the case and I dont want to cause you distress but perhaps an open investigation. Your best bet would be having your Commanding Officer inquire. While its doubtful theyll tell him what the investigation (IF this is in fact the reason) is in regards to they can at the very least state theres an open investigation. If you have the requisite time in rank and education (60 credits all on ONE transcript if Im not misraken) then you should be good. Best of luck.
