I like the cross outs. I would ask if you could mark with a star where the individual classes stopped. I like to do the math on how many people per class, over time, etc.
If 93 get made this month as planned, my math says # 197 will be made by December 2018 (+ or - about 15). So with the margin of error it will be 182 - 212. Lets see what happens.

List 193 was the last score in the 90s so yeah its conceivable if you scored 90 and above you might get promoted by the end of the year or shortly thereafter.
